Victoria


Victoria, the Provincial Capital of British Columbia, sits at the southern tip of Vancouver Island, bordering on the Pacific Ocean.The Quadra Centre meeting facilities are steps away from Victoria’s beautiful Inner Harbour and historic Downtown, in the former Customs House, a recognized local landmark. Local hotel accommodation will be secured for out of town participants.

Victoria Facilities

Our meeting facilities are located in a historic building in the heart of downtown Victoria and are fully equipped with video conference technology for off-site connections.  The meeting rooms hold up to 40 participants on site.

The meeting centre is on the third level at  1010 Langley Street, Victoria, BC.

Arrival

We are steps away from the seaplane dock at the Inner Harbour with services from Seair and Harbour Air both connecting Victoria to downtown Vancouver and Vancouver International Airport. Harbour Air and Kenmore Seaplanes also connect to Seattle.

The Clipper ferry service travels daily between Seattle and Victoria's Inner Harbour.

BC Ferries travel between BC mainland at Tsawwassen and Victoria, Schwartz Bay, on the Saanich Peninsula.

Air Canada and international flights arrive at Victoria International Airport on Saanich Peninsula

Travel by road transport to Victoria city centre is approximately 40 minutes.

We are happy to assist you with travel arrangements.

Accommodation

We have no on site accommodation in Victoria but will arrange to reserve a block of rooms at a suitable hotel for larger groups, and can advise on hotels and other accommodation for individuals and smaller groups.

Meetings

Refreshments will be supplied for all meetings including lunches and breaks. A diet form will be sent to all participants before meetings so that we can accommodate any allergies and special diets as much as possible.
