Campbell River

Campbell River is a small city halfway up Vancouver and is the stepping off point for Quadra Island. It is also where the main admin offices of the Tula Foundation are housed, along with a Quadra Centre meeting/seminar room. Campbell River has many of the usual amenities, the primary being the airport (YBL) with flights connecting to Vancouver AIrport - South Terminal.

Campbell River Facilities

The Quadra Centre Meeting Room, on top floor of the Tyee Plaza offices, features a front row view of the ferry terminal and Quadra Island, and on to the Coast Mountains. It is close to hotels, restaurants, and shopping. The room can accommodate up to 35 people and is fully equipped for conferencing with reliable internet services. Meetings refreshments will be supplied for all meetings, including lunches and breaks. A dietary form will be sent to all participants before meetings so that we can accommodate any allergies and special diets as far as possible.

The meeting room can also be used in conjunciton with the Quadra site, such as where the last day of the event might be better held in town for quick airport access or other reasons.
